Nearly Finished, two down and two to go!

I have had four projects on the go for some time now, one I cannot mention yet, hand embroidery, machine embroidery and a crocheted throw.  My Sister-In-Law, Janette taught me how to crochet on 1st Jan this year and this is my first real project following a pattern for beginners.

I personally think it was a bit more than a beginner level, but I conquered it in the end (I hate pattern jargon).  I had to crochet 30 of these and I have finished the squares, just crocheting them together now and then a border around the edge and finished, I added my own little touch, which is the bead in the middle of each square.  It is far from perfect, but it has been a good lesson.  Now looking forward to my next project.
