My Fairy First Tin

This is my very first attempt at altering a tin.......didn't quite know where to start. The tin was bought for altering and is pencil case shape. I first embossed the fairy onto it and then started painting with layers of acrylic pearlescent paint, building up the layers as I went along. I bashed it about a bit to make it look old. The photos here are not that good as I took them with a flash, which reflects on the gems too much, maybe I will take another photo in the sunlight sometime.
